First page done entirely in Flash CS5. Also some flash content on the landing page after you click 'Enter Site'. There is music on the front page that is kind of loud (that's the way the client wanted it:eek:) so turn your speaker volume down before you load. chaz45.com

Okay, ill say bad things, but ill be honest.

Not bad for a first website. For anything else it is bad.

-The into should be skippable. The best would be if there were a link on the frontpage saying "play intro". I do not want to watch an intro every time i enter a website.
-Mute button/volume button is a must.
-The pics are waay too pixelated. get them in better resolution.

try not to use that default layout. The whole thing will look much better, if you remove the borders atleast.

You should use some wordpress/joomla/drupal template. It is much faster to make,and looks much better than coding a site from scratch.
Flash is more oriented towards banners/webapps/games. I would not do an intro at all, the only sites where i can watch an intro trough if its some exceptionally good art or exceptionally good graphics. (like the Starcraft 2 website.)

For example look at my blog. I'm not a desinger, but i managed to make a site with OK design with blogspot.com in 2 hours.
