still experiencing problems :(

also, (while I'm having a whinge) I would like to repeat my call for something to be done about the Flash MX forum - I think it just looks really out-dated to have a forum dedicated to a version that has been out for ages. I think a forum specific to older versions would be more appropriate.

Also, what is it with kids these days? With their mTV dinners and their rock n rock music...

as.org on osx:
i never had any problems on as.org on osx, only on win 98 for a brief period after the new banner system came in.

flash mx dedicated forum > old version forum:
i'm number 4, unless boyzdynasty's "whatever you say" means he agrees :D

about the kids:

See my porblem with chaging the current forum structure is this:
I don't want to label the old forum "Flash 5 ActionScript" because it's not. It's got most of the MX posts. I think one central AS forum is good but I just added the Flash MX one due to public pressure some time ago :)

ok can you combine the threads in the "actionscripting" and "flash mx" forums and then start a new forum for old versions of flash?

Well I'm all for it but I'd like to hear what structures people have in mind. If we're going to reorganize stuff it's best to get it out of the way all at once.
See I persoanlly like this structure. The Flash MX board isn't really (in my mind) for Flash MX specific code, more for Flash MX non-code questions and we have one central board for code. I don't see why we need two boards for ActionScript for two diff versions of Flash...

I think the general help forum is more appropriate for what you think should go in the Flash MX forum - I have never thought of the flash mx forum in that way...

Would be nice if the all the translation forums could be moved down a level so that they weren't crowding up the main page

Would be nice if all the forums I wasn't personally interested in were removed ;)

Would be nice if punk kids (like tost) had respect for their elders

I did say that before, why don't all the translation forums be gathered in one big group "translation project"
