Accessing the MP3s that come with flash CS4.

This is a dumb question I know. I want to use one of the files that came with Flash CS4 as an external file. But I can’t seem to locate the file on my hard drive. I’m guessing they are in a hidden folder somewhere?

Can anyone provide some insight on this?
