I'm Tarun Singh... what's the difference between Flash and Flex? I know Flash is more of an animation tool and Flex is used to build web applications but after visiting many Flex built sites, I can't really tell the difference. It seems like whatever you could do in one, you could do in the other. There are many school for flash and flex training Online schools.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Flash CS# are more oriented toward alone work since all is saved in one file (.fla). Flex projects work only with text files (.mxml, .as, .fxg) and so are more oriented toward team work. Flex also gives you access to advanced components and management which overall gives you a bigger .swf file size but cut down drastically the development time. In Flash CS# all components are basics and you have to manage them yourself.
