hi all......:)
wanna ask a little.............:)
is possible to using 3d in Flash CS4..?
ex : we make 3D using Blender 3D Software and import it to Flash....
if possible....how to make it...?

Yes and no :)

Currently, flash does not support import of 3d formats like 3ds. It does however support 3 dimensions (x,y and z) as of the latest version. In the future (in a year maybe) flash's 3d capabilities will increase, but for now you'll be best off using a 3rd party tool.

If your goal is to create a 3d environment you should read up on Papervision 3D, Away 3d or Sandy 3d, for actionscript API's to code 3d. Some experience is recommended before you try this tho.

If you want a more simple solution, you could check out freespin3d.com. This basically converts a MovieClip into support 3 dimensions. I haven't tested this much what performance is concerned, but the idea seems good for a designer. Freespin isn't free tho.

is freespin can support file from 3ds max or file with *.max , *.3ds, *.obj or others.?:confused:
and what the others software like freespin ?

Full 3d Directx/openGL is coming to Flash in 2011.


I should add that the following engines are apparantly working with Adobe to use this 3d hardware support:

Alternativa3D, Away3d, Flare3D, Sophie3D or Yogurt3D.

Thus, you ought to get familiar with one of those.
