Changing the skin on the scroll bar component.. [+]

hi all.
I can't seem to find the MC for the actual scroll bar piece in the scroll bar component.
(see attatched .gif)
Am i just not seeing it in the library? or is it not possible to change the way it looks?

In your library it's under Flash UI Components<Component Skins<FScrollBar Skins. The name of the piece is "fsb_thumb_middle."
