Hi there, I am Wolfgang from Austria. The name nataq comes from Natureaquarium, one of my first websites (www.naturaquarium.at - nothing special). This is the first time I post in this forum, so I thought IŽd introduce myself.
My question is concerning the intermediate tutorial 01 (Relative Scrolling Content and Navigation). I do not have any problems setting one of it up (I wondered myself), but when I want to set up some functions and actionscripts on it, I see the following problems:
1. IŽd like to interlace two of those scrolling contents. One will be the base for some informations (presented on some "cards"), and on one of the cards there should be a selection of wallpapers, that will be presented the same way (with that scrolling content). But when I try this, the scrolling doesnŽt stop. It is moving right when the film is loaded and cannot be controlled by the buttons. I changed the name of both, the bar and the content, but it still doesnŽt work. Are there any parameters I need to rename? Can I use "target" and "director" in both cases? What about the goto variable, can I use them in both movies, or do I need to change the name?
Now that was the first problem, and the second one is:
2.IŽd like to add a scrolling textbox (like the one in intermediate tutorial 34, Scrolling a text box II). on one of the cards. Everything works, the scrollbar has the right height, and the "buttons" work. But: you can not see the text (I did not set the alpha to 0, believe me). The strange thing is: you can copy the text out of the box and paste it e.g.: in ms word, but you donŽt see it in the .swf file). Any ideas?
