Flash to Youtube . . . How?

Like everything else (I) find with Flash, nothin' smooth or easy.

What program do you use to convert the SWF?

simple...if its just animation you can export it as a movie with format any of those you have in codecs...and if its anything another then you just cant convert any coding into video :D...
