Multi-User Game-Help and Partner needed

I need to create a multiuser game where a user can store his score, email the link to the game to his friends, and the friends would be able to see his score and compare theirs to his.
Does anyone know how to do it? If anyone had a previous experience in creating games of this sort, would you be interested to be mine partner for the project?:confused:
