Fullsceen without a scroll bar

I have looked through many different tutorials on th web for a fullscreen browser and they all work except they all had a "ghost" scroll bar. In other words it wasn't active but it was just faded away.If someone knows what the script is for a fullscreen broswer without a scroll bar please send me it.

inside the ody tag of the html you open to fullscreen and then there will be no scrollbar
