Some Aol problems ?

This site has had a few people writing back about when it launches it just keeps loading and does not load the image.
So in the right hand bottom there is a gray sash with white clouds rolling over it. In some cases this just keeps going and does not load.
Has anyone had this problem most people in AOL have been having this problem.
Please can you let me know if this happens to you?
I am loading the jpg's from the server.

I used Microsoft Internet Explorer and it loaded perfectly.
I used AOL and the flash movie failed to load at all.

It just hanged. It seems that the AOL browser is not receiving anything from the server because the red light on my modem was not flashing so it didn't receive any data.

It will be easier to tell the viewers to use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

This is very strange someone else using AOL could not load the site it just had a white screen with the gray sash at the bottom left of the screen. Right?
Just having it work in I.E
Unfortunately the client would not accept that as an option.

Have you or anyone ever heard of flash having problems loading jpg's in AOL?
I thought once you have the player it works on all platforms.
Including AOL or is this a macromedia lie.
