What is the cause on setting some range of px for Stage Width and Height if the parameters of publish setting will be [Parcentage 100:100,No Scale, align Left:Top].
My research is on 1px X 1px Stage dimension with the above settings will serve the same.
If all the things are OOPs, why we do so?
Is this cause problem?
Based on my research there is no need to set the stage in some other dimention if this is going to display on some browser or in FullScreen Mode.
What others' opinion?

For this particular case, there is no need to set the settings of stage more than 1 X 1 px compile with (MMC). But if the swf runs itself, it case problem to viewers if it is not in full-screen mode.
The main cause not to do such things is to see the actual pixel view on screen.
I think there is no difference in file size for this case by compiling in (MMC).
Else if you compile with other compiler (example : mtasc [ a open source swf compiler ] or mxmlc [ comes with Flex SDK ]) in commandline, you have to write the html and js of your own, which is an extra effort for newbies.
But this is a very good issue. Keep it up.

Thank You marlopax.
I am using Flash IDE and I think MMC is the compiler of Flash itself.
I heard about MTASC compiler from FD forum and also trying to use it.
This is absolutely a separate issue, but as you mention MTASC in this thread, I would like to ask you here that how to apply the background colour in compiling with MTASC?
Other issues are importing classes from the MTASC directory. Could I import flash inbuilt class and compile custom classes with MTASC compiler?
Thanks in advance
