I am trying to trying to set up alternative content using swfObject 2.0.
It detects if the current version of Flash Player is installed and directs the browser to an alternate HTML if it is not.

In order to test my redirect I have to disable Flash Player.
When I did that it continued to work for some reason.
How can I disable Flash Player so I can test my alternate content?

Flash Player is an Adobe program. I have Flash player 10 Activex and Flash player 10 plugin, both version 10.0.12.36. Secunia says they're secure.

They show up on my Revo Uninstaller program, and I can delete them there.
The Revo program is far superior to Windows ad/delete. It has the option after deleting to scan the registry and hard drive for remnants remaining and allows you to remove them . Maybe Revo will find your version.
Google Revo download for this free program. (they also show in my Windows ad/delete) At least you'll have a good free program.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to search your hard drive to find it.
