ink blotches transform into letters

Do any of you know how to make an animation where blotches of ink appear and then "stretch out" to form letters and words? I've been trying to do a motion tween, but Flash doesn't make it realistic....thanks alot!

I like how the "I" turns from ink to text, but have trouble with P's, B's etc. The animation on the left is how I want all the letters to look like. Thanks.
