Scaling outlines?

Hi there,

I have the following problem.

I work on a small animation where boxes change their size. Now when I scale the boxes bigger, the outline also gets thicker which I don't want.

I used the rectangle tool and tried it both as a symbol and a shape. The Flash Help didn't help me and my coworker are as clueless as me.

It would be great if anybody could give me a hint
