Request: new fas for offline file handling

We need a to support the saving of files to the users machine when working in offline mode (through the projector). To accomplish this we need some extra functionality, in particular one or more fas commands.

Security was the reason that Macromedia removed support for this in Flash but I don't think it's an issue here if restricted to the projector.

Any thoughts, likelihood of implementation and timescales for delivery would be great.
