Dynamic menu? how the hell...!

Hi everyone

I've really been scatching my head....

If you go to say for example "web", you get a scrolling menu, which seems to have buttons (roll-over state bla bla bla)

How did he manage to get a dynamic menu, which I assume uses dynamic text on a button to work while still being able to mask the whole lot?

I assume he uses dynamic text due to the crispness of the fonts....

Any ideas?

I would so appreciate some ideas...
