how to open an adobe cs5.5 file in cs5

Hi there, i need to get an adobe cs5.5 flash file to open in cs5. can anyone tell me if this is possible??

You do need CS5.5 to open up the file saved for it. The lower version of Flash won't be able to understand the file format.

A flash decompiler will allow you to at least look at the script, and if you have the SWF, it will convert it back to an .FLA.

I dont know how accurate the conversion is.

At least then you can get the script, and read , and cut and paste and save it to a text file.
