nested movieclip export to quicktime issue

hi i m having an issue with animation . I am trying to export the flash animation to quicktimee. the problem is i have animations nested inside movieclips on the flash timeline. and these are not beignng recognised when exported to quick time.

I realy dont wan to have to create the animations again is there a solution.
has any one come across this issue. I have also tries to export ans jpeg sequence but itthe same issue. nestd animations not showing up on the export

Ive found the answer. Flash doesnt recognise nested moviclips if select in the quick time options when last frame is reaCHED. hAVE TO CREATE A TIME in the dialog box as long as you animation . Still a proble the file size is to large and need to compress the quicktime movie....
