Menu with "slider"

I saw quite a couple of menus where a few pixels beyond the menu items (text) there is a small slider which follows the mouse. 2advanced has something like that.

It looks something like this


MENU 1 MENU 2 MENU 3 MENU 4

The little bar (======) moves when you move your mouse over these items. It's some sort of elastic move with some accelaration etc.

Does anybody know where to find a .fla or even better a tutorial on how to do it step by step? What's the concept?

This is how I think 2Advanced made their button.

Nothing too complex just a button with 2 different clips inside it. One for the _up state and one for the _over state.
