Flash Messageboard Tutorials

Has anyone seen a tutorial on how to make a simple Flash Messageboard or Bullitin Board? If you know of one can you post it here.

u have a an example? i made a very simple one some times ago but was not great.. i am working on one with the ability to display picture scroll picture with text etc....
