Custom Skin not working

Hi Folks,

I have created a application in Flex 4
In which i have used a custom skin for a Text Area and applied that skin through the skinClass attribute of the <s:TextArea/>

while creating MXML skin file i used the host component TextArea

though my change is not reflecting

Please suggest

Once you created your custom skin you need to assign it to the TextArea class using style declaration.
