finish movie on mouseout

I am working on a nav that has an animation on mouseover. Right now I have a button scheduld with a movie in the mouseover position. Problem is the animation stops abrubtly when the mouse leaves the animation area. How can I make a button that completes its mouse over event even after the mouse has left the button?

what would be better is if the animation reversed on roll out and played backwards from wherever it was up to
