Streaming Videos in Flash

I have seen streaming videos before on Flash sites and I was wondering if anyone knew how to add streaming videos in Flash 5.

You can't import streaming video into Flash (unless it's a Generator function I'm not aware of). The most likely structure was a table with Flash files set all around an embeded streaming media file. You can also do video > vector animation, but again, that's not streaming video.
