I've added a swf file to a Powerpoint presentation. It works fine on my machine but when opened on any machine that does not have Flash installed it says it cannot open the file as it is has no programme to associate it with. These machines all have the latest browser and Flash and Shockwave players installed.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

chose the .swf, right click, properties, then make sure that all these are right:
i.e the path, the play is set to TRUE,.............

I haven't done Flash in PPT for about 2 years - but if I remember correctly PPT uses active X or something to play the files and doesn't actually need the plug in... I'll see if I can find the project we used it on and get back to you.

Thanks, I managed to sort it out. I saved the movie as a projector, then added that to the PPT file.
