portfolio sight hiarchy question

help me be fore its too late!

im currently working on my personal portfolio web sight, all done in flash.
currently the published file is 80mb ....
because of the content being avi movies and animations loaded into flash
well this is a problem i would assume.
i was thinking that i could publish each movie as a seprate file and import it off of the server into the main flash movie as needed

really what im am asking is.. if someone has made a sight like this
a sort of road map or tutorial on the best approch in order to ensure a sight that will function efficently..

also looking for a good host .

yeah, use loaded swfs to only give the viewer what they want. I have very short (5 second) avis on this site:

in the lower right. each button is just a small pic that that when clicked, load a swf into an upper level, but only when clicked
