Hi all
My latest client is a collection of Drum and Bass DJs that organise events etc. One of the things that they have asked for on their site is a little audio player that sits at the top of the site and streams a few select tracks that they have pre-chosen.
I would consider my self as an intermediate flash user, but I have never had to do anything like this in the past. What do you all think the best method would be? I have a lot of animation in the site and I'd prefer not to slow them down given the choice - would streaming audio have any kind of effect?
Also, they have requested that the "miniplayer" has play, stop and skip track options. Each track will have the artist, track name and production company appear in a little window - so I presume that I will have to put each track into a seperate swf?
A friend of mine gave me a copy of Flix and said that it may help - is she right?
Please help! The site is almost complete apart from this, and I'm really anxious that it won't get done!
