Graphic Design Question

I've seen in different flash sites that when you override a button and then you move your mouse away from the button, there is a transition in the onbottom and ontop button sequence... How can I do this?

if u r b4 MX or with it, put a MC within the button states
or if u r with MX only u may try also amke a MovieClip to be treated as a Button
