change the size of radio btn component

Is their a way to change the height & width of a radio btn component? It is just too hard to see something so small. I can change the text size. But actual radio btn I can not change its size.

I don't think that the height can be changed but the width can be changed by doing the following:
myRadioButtonGroup.setSize(width)
or
myRadioButton.setSize(width)
