Jesse -

The text kind of jumps about a little and fades slightly each jump - it is a real nice effect, also you should see the film it is really good

Do You mean the movie "Heaven Seven"? That is a demo from Mekka meeting, which has 64 kb, and full 3D animation and sound. It has about 3-4 minutes, but what it uses = DirectX and ActiveX components, much'a'coding, and there they go. They didn't win that contest, because the jury told, that their demo didn't contain enough "author content", using ready windows/DX bitmaps & vectors.

Jesse, I can send You that demo on e-mail address - really worth viewing ;) Btw - I'm very interested in reply on my post... If You could help ofcourse ;) Link is:

you dont see flash in video film work, except for maybee the vector stle stuff done for mtv, which is probably produced in flash or similar then imported into video editing software to get the required optiopns for export etc.
The se7en stuff is not vector based as most video is neither
