Could be interesting to take Flash into 3d with a good tutorial on how to do that from scratch. Perhaps as well how to use Swift3d and 3dstudio. How exporting and importing works.
Thanks, stojan

Swift 3d is a popular program, many people use it on almost all of their projects. You can find many tutorials to that effect by commiting to a mear search on google.com. Circumvent that step by click on the link below.

a real 3d in flash needs knowledge using Flash API i.e. lineTo, clear, moveTo.
using swift 3d on the other hand is like having a frame based animation.
when you export from swift3d it is saved in swf file. you just have to import the file from your Flash program.
to import a file from swift3d the file should be in EPS or AI format which is supported by Flash. usually, i use EPS when i export my work from Flash to Swift3d. If you have a raster image you want to use in swift3d, you need to use Flash first or any tool that converts raster into vector shapes. to convert a raster image to a vector image in Flash, you use 'Trace Bitmap' but you will lose the quality of the image. after that export it as an EPS file. now you can manipulate that image in swift3d.
