well, i didn't see any actionscript in the .fla file, so I'm going to take a guess. I'd take a look at your _x, _y coordinates, are they moving in incrments of 250 for x and 60 for y. In your file, there seemed to be an outlined box in the upper left hand corner, should that be there?
