also, I like the links, bleek perhaps but very functional. of course I love good minimalist sites (and Jakob Nielsen would almost approve) :)

And yeah, it's a bit bleek, but everything is scripted, so it's a bit hard to do crazy effects :|

When I choose a picture from the menu the box holding the image shrinks to nothing in the top left corner then the image loads (just comes straight in with no box scaling). Because the image has loaded without the box scaling the menu stays in its left most position but is under the image so I can't see what I'm choosing from the menu which is still there just under the image.
I read the posts so knew something was meant to happen and if I keep trying, every now and then the effect works. I've been trying to se what causes the wrong effect but no joy yet.

wow, that's a weird problem, what kind of machine are you using? Platform, resolution, et cetera? :confused:
