first things first, get rid of that growing, vibrating browser window thing. just because you know how to do it doesn't mean you should. i almost didn't bother looking at the rest of the site after that.
i'm glad i did because i found your sketches and navigation very good and inspiring. i've been thinking of doing something similar. i especially liked how the buttons moved and found their own new space for each sketch.
you should maybe spice up your entry page a little, maybe with a smaller version of one of the sketches. a blank white screen isn't very encouraging to a new visitor.
