Reality for Flash Communication Server MX is the only book I would recommend out of all of them, but far and above all of them is the documentation that comes with it. The reality book brings real life situations out, which is cool. If you have some experience, you'll be nodding your head to it.. if not, it'll be good to see what mistakes and solutions a different company has found.
