I'm bored with T-shirts.
Is it only me who feels like this, but does the way the media presents the concept of 'nanotechnology' seem incredibly misleading?
I mean the way they try to make out that you can get these miniature cranes and tractors and haybalers that are a billionth the size of a human being, when it is really just chemistry and physics on a very small scale.

would be a lot more interesting if it was little miniature tractors though :)
And have you never noticed that the media are kings of misrepresenting things to garner interest !!
that is basically their job.

Hmm, maybe it's because i live in a nice place somwhere behind the moon called Germany, but the only thing I know about nano, is that it means very small! (1nanometer=10^-9meters).
call me dumb, but why should someone build a tractor that small?

Y'know. So far, there are 7 replies out of 73 reads to the '?' thread - all of which are variations on the same theme: people posting clipart of question marks.
We get two replies here - and that's probably the lot.
Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
