It's up, and I've seen it.

And before the bashing starts... Keep in mind that it's nearly all dynamic and it runs on Flash Comm Server. Once again I think they're ahead of the times.

Well - I was truly hoping to see a site full of video integrated flash pieces. I thought after the "cloud" bit that they would move heavily in that direction and create works of flash that had seemless video making the entire website look almost like an Oliver Stone movie. (I can dream can't I?)

It's still a great web site, although I must confess... while the back end is very different than their last site (i.e. flash remoting, etc...), what a user sees when he/she visits the new 2advanced site isn't much different than v3. Different color scheme and graphics, but for me - it was like watching the Matrix II - nothing new really going on there. :\

That said, I'm sure I will visit it a bunch more times and will enjoy it every time I'm there.

On a side note - I sure wish I had the same amount of time and financial resources to work on MY site that 2A has to work on theirs... *sigh*

that might true but the frontend of the site is not spetacular
not sure about what goes into the backend yet tho
gotta read up on it to see how advanced the technology is or wat not

but i liked the layout n feel of v3 much better

hmmm....I think they have totally dropped peoples expectations now. They are a great team and very talented, We know that but what I cant understand is, why did they go for this? It's nothing new, the transitions are just not what they could be from them. The masking effects etc, just not up to scratch.

3D work is good but still not as crisp or anywhere near other 3D sites, likes of www.billybussey.com etc

I just hope this is beta testing for them, I really do think they could do 90% better than they have done.

Some people may not agree but from whom I've spoken to, they had the same theory.

Most of people said, it looks like a site back what is made for 1996

Ahh well, enough of my critics. Can't wait to hear from others about this site.

But yet, I loved matrix and I really really loved Matrix : Reloaded..hmmm...opinions, opinions!

yeah of course, but when you first saw the matrix 1 it was like getting sucked into a new world... the second one was like a journey in that world with a little guy pulling your arm saying "you wanna see the outcome? pay money to see the three!" ;)

My expectation werent high as some of you of the site but its still a bit of a disappointment seeing nothing reallly new. and as GfxFreak said, some other sites has done stuff better than them in some aspect and it was never the case :(

I guess I'm going to have to agree with you guys. Of course, my excitement may have been more than was justified.

When someone is the best (or close to) it's hard not to expect better and better every time. I can't say this version is worse than the previous. I just thought it was going to blow my mind. All in all, I think it's a decent site.

I liked the new 2advanced site but not as much as the old version. There are some new fx in this new version but the colour scheme & sounds dont really do it 4 me.

Bring back the Old Version or improve the New Version.

I appreciate the work & time put into the new version. Having said that you can not compete against the Old Version.

Ciao ;)

Me, i think 2advanced didn"t change that much in cause of their high level of content.

When looking at "billybussey.com", we should keep in mind that his optional possibillities are much lower than at 2advanced (just compare the two main pages). Bussey can spent much time on developing his 3D artwork than on focusing on content.

When creating flash sites, we all know how much time it needs to develop and to animate. Especially graphics and animation. When our content grows, we need more and more time, and we need to decide what is the most important thing of our web presence when it's evolving. I think 2advanced has just to much content for animating every little menu and motion in the high impressiv way. When thinking about that, i must say that they are doing very well.

I don't know how many people work for 2advanced, but this company must focus on it's fast changing content, it's updates and it's hugh number of customers. They are just "too advanced" in their web presence and flash history. They do not have the time anymore for just entertaining the masses. They must turn towards their customers now.

I'm still very impressed what is done at 2advanced. They inspired many flashers around the globe and they are still pioneers in the way they are doing flash animations.:) :)

On a more serious note I think 'Bloom22' has hit the nail on the head in regards to '2advanced'.

My hat goes off to you ;)

I've changed my opinion. I know, contradictory...

After seeing the site when all the traffic has subsided, I really like it. I think it's VERY innovative. People flame a lot of things.

Case in point: Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Samuel Morse, Jesus, Cars, Television, Alternating Current. All have done something revolutionary, or were a revolutionary product.

2Advanced makes their money. They're the epitome of the success a small design studio can achieve. To me, that speaks more than words. People talk about Bill Gates in a bad way, but in the end, he's the richest person on Earth. Maybe I'm an idealist, but when someone is successful, it doesn't seem just to badmouth their practices, unless of course they've hurt someone in the process.

I love the new site, they have a very cool theme going on. You guys gotta watch the trailer, and then view the site to get full understanding, which im sure most of you already have. They have added many additions to their new site, and have made it a much better place for their customers. I am glad to see that they have updated their services, which now incorporates "all" the good stuff.

gJ 2A! Keep it up

I like the new layout of the site, but the trailer sucked big time. The textures were lacking and the 3D models weren't impressive either... I don't feel the story was portrayed well and what was up with the ninja & the ski mask

Overall, I like the new layout, kinda miss the blue and gray, but who needs colors when you are color blind like me  and I thought the trailer was shitty and wasn't worth the time to make....
