Look better? In what way?
The only thing wrong is a personal thing - I hate Times New Roman on web pages. Other than that it isn't fuzzy or anything.
Maybe dark blue against green is a bit ambitious, too.
What were you thinking of when you said 'look better'?

thx for replying sualdam....I was just wondering if there was a way to make the font look more crisp, like pixel fonts.....what fonts do you usually use in text boxes?
you can stop the anti aliasing by making the text dynamic (but there is a whole bunch of other issue most obviously it resizing when played in a browser)
You should use a sans serif font. More readable on screen (serifed font more readable on paper)

As a guide, below 12 point you really need a pixel font.
Back to that personal thing, but with detail thrown in, serif fonts tend not to look as good at small point sizes as sans serif ones do. And the background makes a heck of a difference.
Green background font samples (http://www.snowdogdesign.co.uk/testloc/fonts.html)
Black background font samples (http://www.snowdogdesign.co.uk/testloc/fonts1.html)
