great job mate!

don't really like the layout (gradients make it look really like your first site while it offers much more) but he rest is fine ;)
in some big textboxes the scroll doesn't work however,

but you did a great job in not 'putting the site full of fun but useless things'.

If you can manage in the (far?) future to let text flow in dynamically you might just have taken a really good start to an intensive website full of not so hard to find info.

Which gradient are we referring to here? On the title, or the main page background?

I think your site is a little bit static for a flash site. Bring in some motion. This would make it more impressiv. ;)

There's much text on the main page resulting in a loss of structure. I would bring this ammount of information to the subcontent of the flash site where it should be available by specific navigation options.:)

When you don't want to do that, change the background colour of each textbox. This would seperate the massive amount of information in subareas and the surfer has a better overview of your content.
