Floating Banner Ads

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to create floating banner ads. I believe they use a combination of DHTML layering and/or JavaScript along with Flash but at this point I am unsure of how to put it all together.

Any help would be appreciated! :D

I understand what you have sent and it seems rather straight forward. I do have one more question though ...

What are some of the ways to implement the new layer with the transparant movie from a banner or other static ad. We would do a mouseover or a click on a it and then the second layer with movie plays?

I am not very experienced with layers and I can think of a couple of ways that 'might' work ... but am curious as to how the pros are doing it, if anyone knows.
