Looking for Shareware prog (connection speed emulator to test websites)

I am looking for the following:

a tool with which I can test a website (either local or online) at any modem speed I desire. And obviously it has to support Flash

I know it is out there, tried google, but can't find the right keywords I guess ;)

hah! Got you there, cos Flash preview doesn't do with external SWF's that need to be loaded...

on topic though.. the test movie function doesn't show how fast an external SWF is bieng preloaded.

at least here it doesn't :)
