smooth loading of external swf's into MC's

Where i can findout how to do some smooth transitions between loaded swf's from an external source

i.e: i click a button and a swf loads into an empty container MC. When i click another button, another swf loads into the container MC.

It can be an exit sequence, or just a smooth transition of some kind, basically ANYTHING other than the abrupt loading of swfs.

you may need preloaders for those mcs, which could protect movies playing before completed loaded.
