small help to make a menu

hi!
i've been trying to make a drop down menu but the problem is that till the mouse is over the main link the sublinks are seen but the moment i try to go to the sublinks the set of sublinks disappear. so basically i'm not able to access the sublinks. if anybody can help me doing that would be really great. i have attached the file.

BTW - sounds like you aren't 'tracking as menu item' on your buttons ;)

now the link u sent i had read it before only. but the difference between that tutorial and my menu is that in the tutorial the links slides up and down only when the arrow is clicked. so its easy to keep a control on such kind of menu. but in my case the menu slides up and down automatically depending where the mouse cursor is. and i have made the buttons to be traced as menu items. still it doesn't work. is there there anyone who can help me out in this please.
