PHP quotes

i have written a PHP script which generates a random quote this is then passed into flash, however the problem is that although it loads ok first time, hitting the refresh button doesn't load another quote, it remains the same, you have to close your browser and reopen it for the quote to change.
I have tried putting the action in a frame on a button and in a movie clip with onClipEvent(load) but no change.

it's cache. search the forums for "noCache=" or "noCache" to find info on how to kill cache.
