It truly is my first flash site, its a portfolio site more than anything. Its been up for about 4 months now. I am not a guru scriptor, just a designer whos likes new toys. So, let me know what you think guys/gals.

hey,
that was quite cool...
i like design with concept... too many are just pure aesthetic. no substance. although, i suppose everyone has there own approach. as i always say to each their own.

anyway, i like the consistent feel of the page. got a bit confused with the scrolling in the portfolio but only for a sec and didn't realise that if you move your mouse more to the left or right, it scrolls faster... realise that only after i've veiwed the pages. although, i don't think that would be a problem.

anyway again, i really like the colors. the site is simple and fresh.

all d best

you're stuff is tight dude! the only problem is the navigation but that's overcome with some experimentation.

Great presentation but I didn't get the scrolling thing right off the bat...but after I did, my reactions were automatic--like when you work with a PC and then jump to the mac, you find yourself pulling the mouse down for the taskbar...but it ain't there! I went right up there and expected the ability to scroll! Cool! The links, in my humble opinion, should not have only been the words--include the actual symbol--I went there everytime and wasn't certain if I would get the link with the word...

All in all a great presentation of yourself...Good use of the train...you live in NY?

duo:

thats some nice work. i didnt see the scrolling
for the portfolio at first...then the flashing navigation
grabd me...that was really the only problem i had.
everything ran pretty well. im on a mac g4 / ie 5

oh one other thing... the subway line has the letters
as the nav/button but when you load the subway line
map to navigate the pieces its the word that becomes
the nav/button...i kept trying to click the letter. not a big
deal cause the letter is at only on the beginning of
the line.

i like the color, photography, and overall theme.

maybe you could check something for me:

although the site isnt done...id like some feedback on what weve got so far...
nav usability, type size / color, loading time, animation playback (speed)
we are not totally live yet (its not our hmpg)
and the site isnt done upfront (the big picture isnt completely drawn)
how does it feel so far?

thanks very much.
