Magnifying

How would I give the effect of magnifying text or a background? I want to have a user move the mouse over a text object and have it magnify it where the cursor is... any ideas?

hey max...i found this site/tutorial for the magnifying effect....if you wanted a different look or effect, just search that site keyword: magnify...there was like fifteen different ways to do it....good luck!
