Now here is a question that will get some varied results :D

Who prefers to CLICK & who prefers to DRAG when opening MENUS?

For example, if I was to open a MENU titled CONTACT. In order to see its CONTENTS would you prefer to DRAG out the CONTENTS or CLICK a BUTTON and watch the CONTENTS come out?

You can probably see where this is going, I am really curious to see what ppls preferences are :cool:

I'd prefer the click method. Plus, I think the click method is easier to understand. So using that will reduce the learning curve. There are some folks out there that have trouble following people who like to think outside the box. I guess you'll have to ask yourself who your audience is and if it matters to you that some people might not be able to navigate through your site, or whatever you're making. Why don't you make an example of both and post that, with a poll or something.

my audience is mainly directed towards design companies & ppl looking for a designer.

I guess students & designers will visit the site also for inspiration & general interest.

Its a Portfolio site so Im keeping it pretty simple. Draging menus would be good for interactivity but I think you are right. Clicking is easier & would be better suited for everyone.
