Losing Sharpness of Pictures when I test the movie

I putting a powerpoint presentation into my flash movie by taking screen grabs of each page of the presentation (turning them into gifs) and then inserting those images into the flash movie. After I have imported the images, everything is okay. The images are sharp and all the text is easy to read while I work. When I test the movie, the image loses its sharpness and you can't read all of the text and the pictures are more blurry. I've tried increasing the jpg quality to 100 and the quality to highest, but it still gets blurry. Can I fix this?

Have you tried exporting them as "lossless"?
