View Full Version : why does this go wrong!?!

here's whats making me do this
this is something for the hardcore guys, or maybe i'm just stupid

i'm building a site in asp and flash. its in a frameset of three frames, with a flash menu at the top, an asp menu at the bottom, and the content in the middle.
when you push one of the links in the flash menu, it gets a flash file into the content frame.

the flash file gets a list of links out of a database into a dynamic txtfield, using the good old loadVariablesNum action. these links gets a normal asp-page with an redirect and a qiuerystring on it. NOW.... this is where it all goes wrong on a MAC and in NS on both platforms, but not in IE PC.... clicking on of the listed links, all i get is a HTTP 403 ERROR. whilst in IE on a PC it all works just fine.....

WHY !?!

if anyone wants to see it :
click me (http://www.whateverworld.dk/aktivfritid/temp)

its under the kayakk link...

hmm not sure. can you show us the load code you're using? also note that when you right click in NS and open frame in new window, it loads OK....

well, since it seemed like it would never work, we've decided to split up the screen into a flash and an asp part. then there's no problem with the links.
the load code is now history, but thank you anyway.
