flash user interface question

Can anyone advise me why

1) Sometimes the keyframe at the end of a motion tween is preceded by a vertical divider and sometimes not?

2) sometimes the keyframe at the end of a motion tween is colour coded as being included as part of the tween and other times not

Please see attached GIF image

I cant seem to control when I get the various versions and understanding what they mean will probably help

in the properties box, if the keyframe is set to motion tween, it will be blue. if not, it will be grey. so just select the frame, and check the properties box...you can adjust it there.
